Hawaiian Ocean View Estates
Vacation home built off site. Only one path with palms leads into natural bush landscape and lava rock. Pedestal type footings keep the one story building a tiny bit above the rocky landscape. The roofs collect water, provide a native grass lounging area. The walls are heavily insulated but move open to the whole outside in good weather. The cross shape in plans has platform beds that open to the sky. The stairs lead from roof garden to fissure in earth were water baths are located.  The windows move out into landscape to create view frames.
