SF Full Renovation, Shared Housing

 This project  fulfilled a dream of a women making just over $50000 dollars a year of building a co housing home for 5-6 people. We were able to increase the square footage from 600sf to 3400sf without special permits. The building looks the same from the street as it did except for the new garage and fully accessible entry.
